where ever i am, i try to find a grocery store to get some cheap food. in other big cities i've been to the markets usually have some pre-made sandwiches that i get on the go. here in madrid no such luck, so i get the bread, meats, and a couple more items to take back to the hostel to feed myself. it may be not as great as a restaurant, but very satisfying to know that i can feed myself as if i live here in madrid.
